  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 links beef sausage, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pack ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil the potatoes until tender, then set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat the sesame oil and sauté the beef sausage until browned.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, then remove from the pot.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. In a separate pot, boil the eggs for 7 minutes for soft-boiled, then peel and slice.
  7. Assemble by placing noodles in a bowl, topping with shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and sliced eggs.
  8. Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
