Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 hibiscus tea bags
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 12 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 fresh mango, diced
  • ice (for serving)
  • fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add the hibiscus tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the mango nectar and honey or sugar until dissolved.
  4. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with diced mango and fresh mint.

  • For a stronger hibiscus flavor, steep the tea longer.
