  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 4 cups water
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes.
  2. In a blender, combine the mangoes, lemon juice, and sugar.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher.
  5. Add the remaining water and stir well.
