Mango Tapioca Pudding – A Refreshing and Easy Dessert to Love

Mango Tapioca Pudding (Mango Sago)

A delightful dessert made with tapioca pearls and fresh mangoes, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, bring coconut milk to a boil.
  3. Add soaked tapioca pearls and reduce heat, cook until translucent.
  4. Stir in sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  6. Serve in bowls topped with diced mango.

Notes

  • Can be served warm or chilled.
  • You can substitute coconut milk with almond or regular milk.
