  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup mango puree

Instructions

  1. Soak the tapioca pearls in cold water for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, bring the coconut milk, sugar, and water to a gentle boil.
