  • 2 cups gnocchi
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, basil, and oregano.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu cubes.
  4. Cook until crispy on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. In another pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  6. Once cooked, drain the gnocchi and add to the skillet with the tofu.
  7. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can coat tofu in cornstarch before frying.
  • This dish is versatile; feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
