- 1 block of firm tofu
- 2 cups gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, basil, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu cubes.
- Cook until crispy on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
- In another pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
