  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the tofu cubes in the sauce, then sprinkle with cornstarch.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu, cooking until crispy on all sides.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  6. Once the gnocchi is cooked, add it to the pan with the tofu and mix to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
