Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 8 minutes. Remove and let them cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, sugar, green onions, and sesame oil.
