  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 2 jalapenos, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapenos, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing it tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
