- 2 fillets salmon or chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
