  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and distribute the turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, onions, and cheese evenly into the cups.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in the muffin cups.
