- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced mushrooms until soft.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, sautéed mushrooms, and chopped turkey bacon. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Grill the patties on medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- During the last minute, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty to melt.
- Assemble burgers with buns, lettuce, and tomato.
