- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 prepared pie crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, almond milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.
