No-bake Marie biscuits tower cake with chocolate and coffee

A delicious no-bake cake made with Marie biscuits, chocolate, and coffee flavors.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Marie biscuits
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the brewed coffee and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Dip each Marie biscuit briefly in the coffee mixture.
  3. Layer the dipped biscuits in a cake form, alternating with a layer of whipped cream mixed with cocoa powder.
  4. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Unmold and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
