  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tins, filling them halfway.
  7. Drop a spoonful of Nutella on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
