Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Fluff Pie

A rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of Nutter Butter cookies and peanut butter.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Nutter Butter cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving, if desired.
