- 3 pounds beef loin
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
