  • 1 cup Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Marinate the beef loin in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the beef on all sides until browned.
  5. Transfer the beef to a roasting pan and add beef broth.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  7. Let the beef rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
