Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo

A delicious twist on the classic Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo recipe featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and turkey bacon; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add garlic during the sautéing stage.
