  • 16 ounces gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, and onion, cooking until soft.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
