One Pot Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese

A delicious and easy recipe for one pot broccoli macaroni and cheese with turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the diced turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the elbow macaroni, broccoli, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente and broccoli is tender.
