Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Deliciously rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake cookie cups that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 5 Oreo cookies, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light.
  4. Add vanilla and egg, mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Place dough in a greased muffin tin, pressing it up the sides.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
  8. For the filling, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Fold in whipped cream.
  10. Once cookie cups are cool, fill with cheesecake mixture.
  11. Top with crushed Oreo cookies.
  12. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Best served chilled.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
