200 grams rice noodles
100 grams turkey bacon
100 grams chicken ham
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs, beaten
50 grams bean sprouts
2 green onions, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the pan, cooking until slightly crispy.
Stir in the cooked noodles, fish sauce, tamarind paste, and sugar. Toss well to combine.
Push the noodle mixture to one side of the pan, and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix with the noodles.
Add bean sprouts and green onions, tossing everything together until heated through.
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with extra vegetables or tofu.
