- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 15 minutes until softened, then drain.
