Pancake Sausage Casserole Bake

A delicious blend of pancakes and sausage baked together to create a comforting dish perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.

Notes

  • For a sweeter casserole, add more maple syrup on top before serving.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
