Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Top with marinara sauce.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
