- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
