  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  5. Place the burrito seam-side down in a baking dish. Repeat for remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
