  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add in sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Top with sliced peaches, and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can use canned peaches or add a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving.
