  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and cook until tomatoes begin to soften.
