Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Casserole

A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this pasta casserole combines tender pasta with all the flavors you love.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the cheese. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can use garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
  • Switch up the cheese using mozzarella or gouda for different taste.
