  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add sliced onion, green bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
