These Pierogi Nachos are a delicious twist on the classic nachos, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a rich and savory experience.

  • 2 cups cooked and chopped pierogi
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, spread the cooked pierogi evenly across the bottom.
  3. Top the pierogi with crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder over the ingredients.
