  • 1 cup bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple, bread cubes, turkey bacon, and green onions.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the bread mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
