Pineapple Turkey Tacos

A delicious take on traditional tacos featuring turkey and pineapple for a burst of flavor.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  4. Add diced pineapple and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing the turkey and pineapple mixture on the tortillas.
  7. Top with cilantro and red onion.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.
