Potsticker Noodle Bowl

A delicious and easy recipe for a comforting potsticker noodle bowl featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces udon noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  4. Add cabbage and green onions; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked noodles and bacon, then add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Toss everything together and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey bacon with tempeh.
