Protein Cottage Cheese Flourless Brownies

Delicious and healthy protein-packed brownies made with cottage cheese and no flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, almond butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking soda until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool before cutting into squares and serving.
