  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the protein powder, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
