Delicious and healthy protein donuts that satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a donut pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes
