Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls Bread Machine

A delicious and easy recipe for making pumpkin cinnamon rolls using a bread machine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the pumpkin puree, milk, sugars, butter, and egg to the bread machine pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the bread machine.
  4. Select the dough setting on the bread machine and start.
  5. Once the dough is ready, roll it out and spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll up.
  6. Cut the roll into slices and place them in a greased pan.
  7. Let them rise until doubled in size, then bake.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins to the filling.
