- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Add the pumpkin puree, milk, sugars, butter, and egg to the bread machine pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the bread machine.
- Select the dough setting on the bread machine and start.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it out and spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll up.
- Cut the roll into slices and place them in a greased pan.
- Let them rise until doubled in size, then bake.

- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins to the filling.
