- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
