Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
