Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
