  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and spices.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, and milk; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead for about 5 minutes, then let rise for 30 minutes.
