  • 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or Gruyère)
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and milk. Whisk until combined.
  3. Add the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
