Quick Veggie & Tofu Stir Fry

A quick and flavorful stir fry packed with fresh veggies and tofu, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any other vegetables you have on hand.
  • For extra spice, add chili flakes.
