- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any other vegetables you have on hand.
