Reeses Peanut Butter Cheesecake

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then add in the chopped Reese’s cups.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
  • Serve with additional whipped cream and Reese’s cups on top.
