- 1 cup chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
