  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyère)
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer alternating slices of potatoes and turkey bacon.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
