  • 1 cup roasted cherries, pitted and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and eggs, whisking until well blended.
  4. Add melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract into the bowl, stirring until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just mixed.
  6. Stir in the roasted cherries.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.
