- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Spread mustard on each chicken breast.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on top of each.
