- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup fresh key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 3 large egg yolks
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
